Les Montagnards Hotel - Broc

I was really surprised by the neat and clean room at Les Montagnards. The view from the room was amazing, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nestled in the heart of nature, this hotel provides an ideal base for nature lovers. With the bus lines just a stone's throw away, it offers easy access to the surrounding area. the rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessary bathroom facilities and a small fridge. the friendly staff makes every effort to accommodate guests. Breakfast is served daily and the restaurant on-site offers delicious food. From the room windows, you can witness stunning views of the Chateau de Gruyeres and panoramic mountains.

The communication can be quite difficult due to language barriers.

Great view from the room, nicely decorated cigar room and kind staff. Location was quite convenient, close to a grocery store and bakery. the parking in front of the building was free during specific hours and finding the hotel was easy. the room was clean and provided with all necessary amenities including a mini-fridge. the breakfast served in the restaurant was also a plus.

Paper-thin walls, we could hear everything from the room next door. It was extremely disappointing to pay a full price for a romantic escape and feel like we were in a cheap dormitory room.

Breakfast area provided a nice view and the interior design of the building was very pretty. the location is convenient for quick access to nature and the highway.

The staff's communication skills needs improvement, with no consistency in languages spoken. The room was not equipped with air conditioning which made it uncomfortably hot during a summer stay.
